Saturday: HIIT & RUN

The ultimate all-purpose workout that will challenge you to your limits. A combo that builds strength, power, endurance. This is what complete fitness looks like.

Wednesday: HIIT THE BAR

Every minute on the minute. Bodyweight mastery. No laps, no breaks, just you versus the bar. We build strength that gyms can't teach.

Mossab & Adz have over 10 years of experience coaching group fitness and one-on-one sessions.

Mossab focuses on structure and adaptability, ensuring exercises work for all fitness levels while maintaining high standards. He'll push you to your best without risking injury.

Adz brings meticulous attention to form and technique. He makes sure you're training effectively and getting maximum results from every rep.

With two coaches leading each session, you get more individual attention and guidance than typical bootcamps offer.

Frequently asked questions

What fitness level do I need to be?

All levels welcome. We adapt exercises to your ability while keeping the standard high. You just need to show up ready to work.

What should I bring?

We bring all the equipment, you just show up. Remember we train outdoors so dress for the weather. A water bottle is also advised.

What if I can't do pull-ups yet?

Neither could half our members when they started. We'll scale exercises to your level and build you up properly.

How do I book sessions?

Sign up to our platform here and use credits to book any session. Your first one's free, then choose a package that works for you.
